Formation and training

Formation and training to integrate innovation into personal development, training and culture. Some need to become specialists in spotting, developing and growing ideas. Others, particularly gatekeepers, need to know how to recognise the conditions for innovation. More generally innovation, including a license to take appropriate risks, should be part of personal development plans.
