Leadership training for non-profit managers

One example is On Purpose, a 2-year leadership programme that facilitates, for every participant, four 6-month, paid placements in cutting-edge social businesses and related organisations. Whilst on placement, participants also attend half a day per week of world-class training, delivered by prestigious graduate employers, business schools, think tanks, sector leaders and others.
