Comprehensive pilots

Comprehensive pilots, such as the Bastoey Island prison in Norway, a low cost ecological prison in which prisoners produce their own food, use solar energy, and maximise recycling. In health, the Whole System Demonstrators initiated by the National Health Service in Cornwall, Kent and Newham are another example, which are designed to test an integrated model of health and social care making use of new telehealth and telecare technology.
