Adapted private companies

Corporate forms can be adapted to reflect values and different models of accountability, for example by creating different categories of shareholder; by giving particular groups voting rights; or golden shares. These arrangements can be fixed through the constitution, a shareholders’ agreement or the terms of a limited partnership.
