Support structures

Different kinds of support to develop transfer packages and adaptation and learning processes are required for the generative diffusion of innovation. The NHS ‘Adapt and Adopt’ programme is an example which encouraged parts of the health service to take up innovations from elsewhere but also where necessary to adapt them to different circumstances.
